. Customers may require a hi-ab or a crane for difficult installations which is an additional charge

. The customer must provide the base and electrical supply before installation, this work can be carried out by Hot Tub Spares and Repairs if requested at an additional charge

. A qualified electrician must complete all electrical work, this includes being on site during installation. Hot Tub Spares and Repairs can perform the final hook-up depending on the electrical installation

. It is the customers responsibility to ensure sufficient access for delivery

. All Funds must be cleared before delivery
